Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 June 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using CoinVault ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of a jurisdiction that permits the use of cryptocurrency investment services. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Account security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password, 2FA device, and recovery codes. CoinVault will never ask for your password. All activity performed under your credentials is your responsibility.

4. Investment plans and returns

Investment plans are subject to lock-in periods, minimum amounts, and the terms displayed on the Plans page at the time of subscription. All returns shown are for demonstration purposes only and are not guaranteed. Cryptocurrency is a high-risk asset class; you may lose some or all of your capital.

5. Deposits, withdrawals, and fees

Deposits are credited after the required blockchain confirmations. Withdrawals are processed during business hours and may be subject to KYC review, network fees, and minimum thresholds. Rejected withdrawals are returned to your internal wallet at no cost.

6. Prohibited activity

You may not use CoinVault for money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, or any activity prohibited by applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of such activity and report them to the relevant authorities.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinVault is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses due to market volatility, network failures, or force majeure events.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CoinVault is registered. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration unless prohibited by local law.
